♫ improved setup is now merged after reviews from Bastian
✔/➜ work on TypoScript to make it usable also from FLOW3 applications 
(as we need that for Phoenix management module)

✔ discussed TypoScript view in FLOW3 applications (see results from 
Sebastian here: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/38629 )

✔ Reviewed, tested and tweaked Setup changes from Sebastian
✔ Started working on improved DB step (Ajax connection check + DB list)
    ➜ continue with that and push 1st version
