Hi EAB.

Here is a short follow-up on some of the points of https://notes.typo3.org/p/EAB-FOR-Phoenix-001

Corrections
-----------

* FLOW3 1.1 RC1 has been released by now.
* The stable FLOW3 1.1 is planned for July.

Sprint release 8
----------------

See http://typo3.org/news/article/typo3-phoenix-sprint-8-released/ for details on the (long overdue) release of another Phoenix sprint result. While not exactly a sprint, having a "release" out is a great motivator for everyone on the team.

Planning
--------

The team did a sprint planning for July, the results are available at https://notes.typo3.org/p/PhoenixSprintJuly

For now the overall goals as set in the budget application are part of that document as well (see bottom of document).

Further plans, Forge, Jira
--------------------------

The team decided to not us Jira for the July sprint (see http://lists.typo3.org/pipermail/typo3-team-core-v5/2012-June/001089.html). We will discuss the Jira experience when Robert is available again and see to a decision for the next sprint, whether we will go "back" to Redmine (Forge) or Jira. The current situation seems to lead to confusion here and there and should thus be resolved soonish.

When a decision has been made, the overall goals will be put into the respective issue tracker instead of a notes.typo3.org document.

Further sprints will be planned like the July one, thus there is no full plan for the rest of the year yet. I believe that such a plan will emerge during the next 4 to 6 weeks, though.

On behalf of the team,
Karsten
