[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Keeping Scrum meetings short

Hi,

looking at the times most of the notes are posted to this list, I reckon 
that our meetings usually take too long ;)
I'm not innocent and it's really tempting to get into technical details 
when talking to you guys.

What do you think about re-introducing a weekly (or bi-weekly) technical 
meeting in order to keep the dailies a bit more scrum-style again (what 
did I do, what am I going to do, are there any blockers)?

Then everybody can calculate about 15 minutes for scrum and we could 
collect topics for the technical meetings (which could also be more 
interesting for non-members to join).
