➜ each non-no-brainer (feature, bugfix, task) pushed to Gerrit must have a related issue
   ➜ makes it easier to review, please provide steps to reproduce, hints for review etc.
➜ each non-trivial change must be backed by one or more tests (you decide, but be honest)
