[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Test-driving the new BigBlueButton Server

Hi,

as you probably now it best, could you please try out the new BBB server 
in one of your next meetings?
Since we got feedback from Robert, how to reduce the background noise, 
it looks like we could start using it.

The nice interface has been built by Susanne Moog.

I'd like to go live with it pretty soon, as we have the server already 
since several months without using it.
