[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Screencasts

As discussed, we want to have more FLOW3 & Phoenix related screencasts 
to put on http://flow3.typo3.org/documentation/screencasts.html.

My suggestion would be to have the categorized and tagged from the start 
to be able to create something like http://railscasts.com/

What we need to get started would be a list of interesting topics 
(already in work), some guidelines (what background, which software to 
use, what style, ...) and a way to publish a screencast very quickly 
(automatically adding trailer & credits, uploading the file, ...).
