Basically I need to find a node that contains a plugin with package=x, 
controller=y & action=z.

I didn't check this but Andi said, that that's currently not possible 
with QOM.
It's not a blocker though -> as routing is cached, it wouldn't be a 
problem to fetch all plugin nodes and do the check in PHP..
