✔ added placeholders if content is empty

ℹ Beleg will be finished by next Friday, so more TYPO3 time is coming up!

✔ moving of Nodes now works (at least on the same level)
ℹ is this workspace aware?

✔ worked on the "Page Position Selector"
ℹ only move on current level now
ℹ will be implemented as Grid with Drag/Drop
➜ Christian will show Gerrit to Aske as soon as there is something to commit
