➜ merge "monster commit" re new operator even though he's still aware of 
some missing parts

✔ managed to get his project up and running with doctrine integration
☠ there are problems with removing objects from persistence (the order 
has to be correct to avoid constraint violations) ➜ solution: delete db ;)
➜ continues checking the doctrine integration and wants to reduce the 
amount of needed annotations

☠ discovered the strange mod_rewrite resource URL bug again. And we all 
thought that was fixed.

➜ commit conference to the git application karsten has setup, prepare 
for Berlin

✔ played around with code reviews, managed to break his installation
☠ current HEAD seems to be broken
➜ continue with that

[KARSTEN]
✔ reviewed all of Robert's code and pushed many changesets with fixes
✔ now Phoenix runs on Karsten's machine as well
✔ created a distribution for the conference site
➜ submit the whole changes to master
➜ start integrating and rebasing the Doctrine branch onto the new master
