[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Review results for new operator support

Hi folks.

I checked all the changes Robert pushed into Gerrit yesterday. I found some small bits here and there, which I fixed on the spot and pushed new patch sets. I also pushed a new change with some rather trivial cleanups.

In the end I can only say I saw Phoenix working on Robert's machine, but not on mine. Also I still had five errors left (and one fatal I fixed but whose fix I did not push, because I think Robert had it fixed already).

I think that:
 * the change to the Security component was not pushed
 * there are changes to Fluid that were not pushed

@Robert, please check that.

As soon as that is done we should probably just merge the whole stuff as soon as I and probably one more on the team have confirmed Phoenix still works.

Then I'd go on and rebase the Dotrine changes on top of all that...
