✔ configured Varnish and TYPO3 to basically work together – all pages can now be cached.
➜ Varnish and TYPO3 needs at least a bit more fine tuning so we have more control over cache invalidation and possibly can use the backend again ;-)

✔ created/amended some issues for FLOW3/TYPO3 & the conference package
