✔ basically integrated conference site markup into conference app
➜ will push intermediate results to integration server and continue with template building

☠ had to discover and fight some AOP issues
✔ definining access roles and hiding nodes basically works (needs tests + cleanup though)
✔ fixed the routing logging aspect 
✔ introduced a NodeInterface because the relation between ProxyNode and Node was too fragile
➜ finish node visibility support, clean up, push

[KARSTEN]

✔ discovered why the wrong DB was used in Testing context: global Settings (even for Development) overruled the presets of the FLOW3 package
✔ further worked on functional testing support and isolation of tests / test cases
➜ push solutions
➜ fix code coverage support
