[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Feature: ExtJS Button/Icon with Canvas effects

Hi all,

after hearing what Jens and Berit plan for icons and buttons I had the 
idea to create a custom extended variant of Ext.Button (or something 
else if you have other ideas), that could make use of canvas in 
rendering, so that we can have effects like shadows, glows, maybe even 
text rendering with defined fonts. And the effects could/should be 
assignable to states of the element (eg. active, hover etc.).
