at T3CON10 we sat together and considered it as very good, we will use 
it vor v4 as well. Small changes for v4 for the namespace.

@version is not needed, sure, but @author should stay, same as php.

BTW - there is a script also rendering the php API with Ext-doc. i tried 
this once and it works by 90%. Did you tried this as well?
