[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Resources/Public folder structure

Hi all,

Last week I took a look into the Resources/Public folder structure, and 
somehow seemed 'unstructured'. So I created 
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/10855 and made a concept structure which I 
already discussed with Christian, and the outcome of that discussion is 
now in the issue.

Question 2 all: please review the structure, and give comments

Some questions came up during this issue already:
- Shouldn't aloha be a seperate package?
- Do we really need a Frontend / Backend folder in JavaScript/?
- How to name & locate the main module class (We came up with 
Modules/ModuleName/Core/Module.js to have the Module.js file inside the 
module folder. Otherwise we would have something like 
Modules/NameModule.js and a Modules/Name/ folder (like with the 
BreadcrumbMenuComponent). This should be discussed though.)
- Do we want a Media folder? (I personally don't like it, but ofcourse 
I'm open to suggestions :p )


Would be cool to have some feedback / thoughts so we can get the 
JavaScript clean and structured ;)
