☠ was busy with Extbase / TYPO3 4.5
ℹ some Fluid issues were fixed in v4 which could be forward-ported to FLOW3 / Phoenix
☠ got problems with PHPUnit / PEAR on his machine

➜ discuss return values of findOneBy** (NULL vs FALSE)?
➜ still working on the Identity Routepart Handler, which turns out to be quite complex. Requires transliteration
➜ will probably be at the meeting in Lübeck (7.-9.12.2010)

✔ after the sprint 5 release spent end of the week in Zürich at the TYPO3 Association CoSCoB meeting
ℹ hourly rate raised to 50EUR as of next year
ℹ one combined budget for v5 distributed to team, more flexible handling (like the v4 budget) throughout the year
ℹ new budget responsible is Karsten, all invoices routed through him (PDF, please; addressed to the T3A)
ℹ more transparency on the way
✔ PO team role was discussed, no change yet
ℹ idea for PO improvement:
    conference website/tool for T3A built on v5, budget granted (16000 EUR for the whole project)
    AOE manages the project, Daniel P. is the lead, thus becomes true PO, product backlog reflects real needs
    v5 team works on v5 related tasks, conference tool work done by others, design (probably) by AOE, ...
