yes, I'm totally with you. But this planning depends of the delivered work of all team members, which was - for absolutely comprehensible reasons - a bit difficult this time.

I suggest that we have some kind of feature commit freeze (including design, documentation etc.) a few days before a sprint's end so we have enough time to fix bugs and speling mistakes, create videos, prepare release notes, news etc.

We should discuss if having a 6 week sprint cycle would be more fitting for us (at least we can try it) because

- Karsten and I often spend about 1 week with other tasks (conferences, book, ...)
- we always need a few days for the release preparation (see above: docs, video ...)
- we'll need a week or so which we can dedicate to FLOW3 bug fixing and technical backlog tasks

So we'd end up with 3-4 weeks for actual Phoenix work. Complex topics will also need this time (TypoScript rendering for example was such a topic).
