Its just 30minutes buffer - since a Planning with 30min is very sportive....

Yep.
For the Retrospektive we always do a short "brain-checkout" and then everybody has 5minutes time to write on green notes: "Things that were very good and should stay." And on red notes: "Things that were not good - Or Improvement ideas". Then everybody stickst he notes on the board and the scrum master moderates it and helps to get a list of improvments that should go in the next sprint.... I think thats a nice way and a online whiteboard were everybody can stick notes on would be great for this...
