The (temporary) Phoenix microsite:
http://flow3.typo3.org/index.php?ADMCMD_prev=214203c715e47d7cb50d33e84b0408ca&id=0
(link valid for 48 hours)
Suggestions for more/better content very welcome! See http://forge.typo3.org/issues/show/7361
The API will be available at
http://flow3.typo3.org/fileadmin/API/TYPO3/index.html
but needs to be brought to life by actually marking methods in TYPO3 as public API.
The manual can be found at
http://flow3.typo3.org/fileadmin/Manuals/TYPO3/index.html
and is also available embedded in the FLOW3 website.

Just put some words into the TYPO3 package manual.

Will be done, as http://phoenix.demo.typo3.org

See above, already there as http://latest.phoenix.demo.typo3.org and http://macosx.ci.typo3.org/

I guess that was mostly a communication issue. :)
