[TYPO3-team-core-v5] ExtJS and DocBookXLS optional?

Wasn't the plan to have different "flavors" anyways?
I could imagine an "essentials" distribution that only contains FLOW3, 
Fluid and (for now) PHP6.
And in general I'd agree to remove packages as long as there are no 
dependency conflicts. People will be able to add those with an amazing 
easy-to-use package manager one time... hopefully ;)
