Ok, this was a highspeed pre-release scrum meeting (:

ROBERT

  * prepared everything for the upcoming sprint release of TYPO3 Phoenix 
(release notes, screencasts, news article)
  * made a test release and had some issues with the build script (see 
below)
  -> release is planned for tomorrow morning
  !! we have to stick to our timing more strickly
  !! some technical issues with login on forge
  !! release build script seems to be quite complicated. it might need 
better documentation or refactoring

CHRISTIAN

  * worked on the issue "Meaninful messages in setup controller"

BERIT

  * implemented new Login backrgound image from jens
  * worked on CSS of the Login

GENERAL

* that seems like little action and lots of trouble. but actually 
everything goes quite well and we're too busy for long scrum meetings ;)
