here are the meeting notes from the Phoenix Sprint :-)

* "The code and UI should work, and be used with confidence." =>
  Fulfill promises; get rid of technical debts
* Following Sprints: Take T3CON11 website as "guide" for the next
  sprints
** We need the following CEs: Text, Images, Plugins

h2. Next Goals (UI wise)

* Make Aloha Editing a smooth experience
 * remove "flashing yellow thingie"
 * use double click
 * style floating menu?
* Management View
 * !!! NEEDS HEAVY STYLING
* implement DASHBOARD!
 * !!! NEEDS HEAVY STYLING
* Securing Phoenix (write policies, …)
 * still found quite some bugs, hopefully can be started soon
 * Make sure to disable access someone's other workspace
* Styling and animation of Breadcrumb Menu
* Fix gremlins in Dialogs / Bugfixes
 * !!! FIX THE LAYOUT MANAGEMENT
 * !!! style inline validation
* Christmas Edition for T3 Phoenix -> Header Image + Login background
 * => OUTSOURCE IT -> We will plan an "award" -> TODO Jens

* Re-vamp setup procedure, and "create own demo account"

* Form Layout / Class Schema export / TCA / … would be another topic

 * Daily communication: We'll try IRC (KARSTEN, JENS)
 * SCRUMs: Big Blue Button -> voice quality greatly improved!
