[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Switch to git complete!

Hi everyone.

While there will still be some tweaking in the days to come, the switch to git is complete for the FLOW3 and Phoenix base distributions. All code is in git now, the forge projects show the git repository now and gerrit is ready to swallow your changes.

As git is new to most and gerrit another hurlde to overcome, please be cautious and rather double check what you are about to do than pull the trigger too early.

I am available to help you out via email or in the chat as much as possible, so don't assume there's such thing as a stupid question. But make sure to read the rather extensive documentation available in the wiki:

Suggestions for improving the documentation are welcome (and it's wiki...).

Have fun with the heavenly world of distributed version control (*I* love it already).
