[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Release planning for FLOW3 1.0alpha1

Hi folks,

as discussed during the core dev meeting and at the T3DD09, we'll have  
a first release of FLOW3 on June 1st. That's very few time we have for  
the preparation ...

The basic schedule goes like this:

- all tickets tagged until today night.
- all "must have" tickets resolved until Monday, 25.05., as many  
"should have" tickets resolved until then as well
- code freeze on 26.05.
- until 31.05: packaging and organisation

I'd highly appreciate if you could invest some time into this ... I'll  
prepare some more information during the day.
