[TYPO3-team-core-v5] ViewHelper documentation

Hey,

I just discovered at http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/revision/ 
7/2872 that Robert changed the ViewHelperLibrary documentation manually.

As this part of the documentation is completely autogenerated from the  
ViewHelpers, it does not need to be done, and it should not be done :-)
If you change the DocBlock inside the ViewHelper, that's enough.
