[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Schedule for FLOW3 1.0.0 alpha 3

Hi folks,

it's Monday again and early July ... time for some release planning.  
We'll have to talk about the planned features in detail but  
independently from that, here's the schedule I'd like to propose for  
1.0.0 alpha 3:

This week:
   All:     Feature planning for alpha3 - open tickets at forge  
without target version set
   Karsten: CR content migration strategy and part of implementation.  
Address persistence bugs.
   Robert:  Working on TYPO3 v5 content model and TYPO3 Frontend  
Controller.

10.07.:
   Deadline for suggesting new major features for alpha3. On that  
Friday we'll tag existing tickets with alpha3
   as target version.

13.07. - 19.07.:
   Documentation week! Additionally implementation of new features for  
alpha3 and bugfixes.

   All:     Improve and extend documentation - please suggest what you  
can contribute
   Robert:  Focus on tutorials, together with Irene and whoever's  
interested

26.07.:
   Feature freeze. No feature commits after this point.

27.07. - 29.07.:
   Bug fixing

30.07.:
   Commit freeze. Packaging and tagging alpha3 until approx. 15:00h.  
After that: Test the packaged release.

31.07.:
   Preparation of release, news etc. Trunk is open again for commits.

01.08.: (Saturday)
   Release of 1.0.0 alpha3 - minimal work on that day.

Some questions to answer in July:

  - which development model using Git would we choose for FLOW3 /  
TYPO3 v5?
  - what's necessary technically to run our own Git server on Forge  
(Redmine integration, SSO etc.)
  - how can we integrate Git support into the Package Manager?
  -> depending on the results we'll decide if Git will be a major  
topic in August.
