Well, the FLOW3 distribution includes TYPO3CR, PHPCR and Lucene. Because 
they are required by the standard configuration that comes with the 
distribution.

The FLOW3 package itself runs without those packages, but only if 
persistence is disabled.

Make sure your SVN update runs without problems and really fetches 
everything. When changing svn:externals it sometimes is necessary to 
manually remove existing packages so svn doesn't get confused.

It does. We have a FLOW3 job on our CI server that runs very fine 
without TYPO3v5.

Have you cleared the cache (i.e. removed Data/Temporary/*)? What do PHP 
and Apache logs say?

I doubt it's a problem within "Testing" because it works for Robert, me, 
our CI server, the Forge CI server, ...
