[TYPO3-team-core-v5] FLOW3: First code sprint of F3PR

please check the new diff attached on the F3PR wiki page with the revised patch.

With the namespace changes in place and without proper IDE support it
wasn't easy to work on the FLOW3 project, it felt like productiveness
went to kind of a "Notepad" level. How are you coping with this? I
hope the Tool support for PHP 5.3 will get better as soon as possible.

One note: I didn't merge to the current SVN revision, but there should
be only minor changes in the package manager or tests regarding the
key_exists() issue.
