[TYPO3-team-core-v5] PHPUnit svn:externals moved to allow checkout of our code

Hi.

I just changed the svn:externals on the TYPO3v5/Distribution/Packages/ 
folder. Now you can check out all of our code, even if svn.phpunit.de is 
down (as seems to be the case currently).

To have PHPUnit available in your (new) checkout, just copy the complete 
  folder from your old source tree...
