[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Project Structure on forge

Hey everybody,

Martin and I are currently working on a new forge.typo3.org design, 
which includes a new design and structure as well.

The basic idea was to seperate TYPO3 4.x (Core and Extensions) and TYPO3 
5.x through seperate landing pages.

We want to launch the new forge website just before or during the 
developer days. That's why it would be great to have quick feedback 
concerning the project structure:

Besides, we need to find places for TYPO3 4.x and TYPO3 4.x extensions 
in our SVN repository. Any suggestions?
