[TYPO3-commerce] RFC Bug: #39095 - hook changed in sr_feuser_register > 3.0

Pushing again this Bugfix for commerce 2.0, otherwise FE-USER <-->
ADDRESS Handling will not work correctly. Backwerd compatibility for
sr_feuser_register < 3.0 should not be necessary anymore as < 3.0 should
AFAIK not work with TYPO3 6.2
