[TYPO3-commerce] FYI: #40737 - Commerce depending on non existent dynaflex version

Hi list,

i committed a no brainer to the trunk.

Issue: #40737

Type: no-brainer

Problem:
With Revision 64704 trunk/ext_emconf.php the dependency to dynaflex was 
raised to 1.13.3.
But there is no dynaflex 1.13.3 only 1.13.2

As Commerce version was raised from 1.13.2 to 1.13.3 i guess this was an 
find/replace mistake.

The latest trunk can only be installed if you ignore the dependency.

Solution:
Change dependency to dynaflex 1.13.2
