[TYPO3-commerce] RFC Bug: #39095 - hook changed in sr_feuser_register > 3.0

Problem:
sr_feuser_register extension version > 3.0 the hooks have changed,
feusers_observer will not work anymore.
This means if a new user is created NO address will be created
automatically. Same thing if editing the profile; the address record
does not get updatet.

Solution:
Attached patch uses new hook layout.

Additional Notes:
Side effects: sr_feuser_register > 3.0 is required. I do not have an
idea how to make this backward compatible :/
