[TYPO3-commerce] RFC Bug: #8096 - chash calculation is wrong

Hi Ingo,

i tested the patch now with 0.12.x (forge) too and it works. Imo it
would make sense to release a new bugfix version in TER. Anyway this
patch will cause that caching in Typo3 <= 4.2 will propably not work
anymore. Don't know if this is ok, imo Typo3 4.2 should not be supported
any more. We could also change the patch so that it will check the Typo3
Version first.
Should i commit?
