[TYPO3-commerce] RFC Bug #27021: Non admins can't edit localized articles

Description:
Non admins can't edit localized artikles

Notes:
If you track down this issue in DM hooks, the edited record is
initialized and the parent is initialized. During this not the
l18n_parent is used. The best solution for me is to fix this in the
db_products class: When no parent category is existing and for the
current record a language parent is avalanche, use this for determine
the category parent.

Note2:
We are using commerce 12.x also in 4.4, so we need to fix it there too
