[TYPO3-commerce] FYI: Use autoloader

Hey,

I've committed a patch to trunk in rev. 47309 that populates a basic 
ext_autoload.php file and puts it to use for commerce_pibase class, 
removing the require_once's.

I've done a pre-patch fixing comments and copyright things with rev. 47308.

I consider this sort of changes a no-brainer and I'll continue 
committing this sort of changes to trunk without further notice if 
nobody objects.

I'll however stick to the review process for changes with real impact.
