[TYPO3-commerce] RFC: #13334 Remove split and ereg calls

Hi list,

this is a SVN patch request

Problem:
In php 5.3 checkout is not possible due to split or ereg calls. (Those 
functions are deprecated).

Solution:
I removed all used split and ereg calls.

Comments:
Patch attached. Please test the patch.
