[TYPO3-commerce] FYI72: #26085 Remove non default labels from locallang files.

Attached patch will be committed in 72 hours if nobody objects.

Problems:
There are tons of local labels for foreign languages in the commerce 
locallang files, but the commerce extension is available on the 
translation server and should be maintained there.

Solution:
Remove all non-default labels from locallang files.
