[TYPO3-commerce] RFC: #8557: bug: Usergroup selector does not allow multiple groups

Problem:
The Usergroup-Selctor only allows to select one group, not many as the 
TYPO3 Core

Solution:
Change the SQL and TCA Files to have a multiple select

Notes:
I've checked the SQL statements TYPO3 Generates for selecting data in 
the fe_groups fields. These are generated as many like selects on the 
fe_groups fields. Therfore the change should not harm, but since the 
filed is changed from int to varchar the where statement with like will 
be handled faster.
