[TYPO3-commerce] commerce pi1 content element with TYPO3 4.4 broken (with patch)

Hey,

with TYPO3 4.4 the pi1 content elements triggers problems with the new 
js / css compressor in 4.4 (just open a list / detail plugin content 
element in 4.4 and you'll see).

Reason is a hack in treelib/class.tx_commerce_treelib_tceforms.php which 
brutally sets $GLOBAlS['BACK_PATH'] to some other value (called by 
flexform userfunc for the category tree), so that in turn the compressor 
is unable to calculate correct absolute pathes.

Attached is a fix which just uncomments this "will eat your children" 
BACK_PATH hack. With the patch applied, the pi1 plugin content element 
renders again, and the category tree selection _seems_ to work, but I'm 
currently not sure about possible side effects.

So, please test attached patch, and please report any problems which pop 
up by running the patch (especially in the category tree views within 
flexforms / tceforms) ... at least there should have been _some_ reason 
to do this BACK_PATH thing in treelib in the first place.

I would have created an RFC already, but as I'm currently really unsure 
if the solution is ok, I'm asking to test this for a while, first
