[TYPO3-commerce] Update of current TER version

Hi Ingo,

tested the svn (r36638/commerce 0.12.4) against 4.4.0 today and the only 
dynaflex related thing I could see was a pass by reference error in 
dynaflex (dynaflex/class.tx_dynaflex_callhooks.php at 125).

With out a more specific test case I dont think it's worth testing 
further for this.
