[TYPO3-commerce] Update of current TER version

Hi list,

the last commerce version in TER is almost 1 year old.
The TER version is so outdated that i worry that trying out this version 
will frighten off many users.

I suggest to tag the current trunk and release it in TER.
It is still marked as "beta", so i don't think its fatal to have some 
open issues.

I think we could get some new users with this step.

What do you think?
