[TYPO3-commerce] additional form fields - sorting issue

Hi Vajk,

it should work like this:
first clean the billing.sourceFields object:
plugin.tx_commerce_pi3.billing.sourceFields >
Then you can copy the TS code from the setup.txt an change the order to 
you needs, and you can also add your own fields where you want.

Note: please use the project list t.p.commerce for such questions, not 
the team list t.t.commerce, as the last one is for commerce development.
