[TYPO3-bugs] Reopen bug #60760

Please reopen bug #60760.

Reason: This bug still happens in TYPO3 6.2.x. We using an automatic 
deplyoment script, wich in the end clears TYPO3 Cache. If users visits 
the frontend in the same time when cache clearing is in progress, the 
error described in #60760 ticket still happens.
