[TYPO3-bugs] fix bug #61181

Hello,

which information do you need to accept and fix the bug #61181 (related 
to TYPO3 6.2)?

The images are shown in full size independant of the size parameters 
used to show the image in the FE. This did work in all former versions 
of TYPO3. The File Abstraction Layer fails to resize the images after 
the image cache has been cleared in the Install Tool.
