However the constraints in this documentation are not clear.
"Here's how a typical setup might look:"
This sentence does not explain any requirement.

depends
     List of extensions that this extension depends on.

There is no explanation for the version number ranges of the 'depends', 
'conflicts' and 'suggests' extensions.
