[TYPO3-bugs] tx_install sub-project is obsolet

Hi,

there are still people posting Install Tool problems to the "tx_install
for TYPO3 4.2" subproject in Mantis.

That subproject was created for the "new install tool for v4.2" that
never was. Thomas Hempel used that tracker until 01/2008 and all later
posts refer to our "current" install tool, which are also handled by the
core project with the category="Installer".

So could someone please disable this subproject entirely and maybe move
the issues to that category in the core? This is the cause of many
duplicate posts.
