[TYPO3-bugs] Versions for css_styled_content in Mantis

Hi,

since CSC is developed in the CORE, it would be cool to either:

a) keep available version numbers in sync with main core project,
meaning I can assign "target 4.3.0" and have it appear the roadmap.

b) remove the subproject and have a "category" in core project for
CSC-issues.

Same applies to the "Content Rendering" sub-project of core.
