[TYPO3-bugs] Bugtracker Maintenance

Hi,

I guess those were never send, because the emailing was buggy in old
bugs.typo3.org environment. Glad to see that it works now, and after
deleting the +100 emails, we can expect to see mantis notifies coming
via email again! Horray!
