[TYPO3-bugs] Please close issues #4191 and #2641

Please close issue #4191 (phpmyadmin ceases to function with php running
as cgi) and mark it as "resolved" since the relevant code has been
completely rewritten and the issue could not be reproduced with the
current versions.

Please also close issue #2641 (phpmyadmin: Either TYPO3_MOD_PATH or
$BACK_PATH was not found) and mark it as "resolved" since the relevant
code has been completely rewritten and both replacements should work now.
